Below we have our current estimated shipping orders and timelines. Please note, these are estimates and are subject to change as the packing process continues. All Past Items Sale orders will be packed and shipped out in their respective months and on time, these are not expecting any delays!
The Fae Crate Team and Warehouse will be out of office from December 20th through January 2nd. Any Customer Service requests that are sent in by the end of the day on the 16th, should receive a response from our Team by the end of the week. However, if your request is received after the 16th we cannot guarantee a response or resolution until after our Team has returned.

These sets are still in transit to us! They are currently going through the US Customs process. However, due to the US Government shutdown the customs department has been a little backed up. The clearance process has been taking a little longer than usual, but we are expecting to receive them by the time we return back from the holidays.

We are expecting them to arrive the first week of January! Once we return from the holidays we will be sending out an address check to all customers who purchase PT 2, so be on the lookout.
