Below we have our current estimated shipping orders and timelines. Please note, these are estimates and are subject to change as the packing process continues. All Past Items Sale orders will be packed and shipped out in their respective months and on time, these are not expecting any delays!
The Fae Crate Team and Warehouse will be out of office from December 20th through January 2nd. Any Customer Service requests that are sent in by the end of the day on the 16th, should receive a response from our Team by the end of the week. However, if your request is received after the 16th we cannot guarantee a response or resolution until after our Team has returned.

The last wave of orders went out on Thursday, December 18th. Reminder, tracking usually takes 24 to 48 business hours to update. However, due to the holidays the postal service is a bit overwhelmed so packages may take longer than usual to arrive to you!

Reminder, we stated that December Monthly Boxes would not be shipping out until January 2026.
Once we return from the holiday we will be able to provide an updated shipping timeline for these books.
These books were delivered during the holiday break and once we returned from the holiday and were able to inspect the books, we did find a printing error.
Unfortunately, the there was a larger printing error within the second and third books. However, we have already reached out to our Manufacturer, and we are having the second and third books reprinted! This means though that we will not be shipping out this exclusive book set until we receive the reprinted books.
At this time, we are expecting to receive them within three months (end of March/early April). This is to account for the time it takes to reprint these editions and have them shipped to our warehouse. We will be sure to post an update once these books are completed and are in transit to us!
