Below we have our current estimated shipping orders and timelines. Please note, these are estimates and are subject to change as the packing process continues. All Past Items Sale orders will be packed and shipped out in their respective months and on time, these are not expecting any delays!
Unfortunately, due to the US Government shut down these sets took longer than expected to clear US Customs. However, we have received confirmation that this project finally cleared US Customs and is currently going through the final processing stages before being shipped out to our warehouse!
We sent out an address check yesterday (11/18). Please be sure to respond to the email or reach out to our Customer Service Team at help@faecrate.com if your shipping address needs to be updates. As our Warehouse Team is standing by and as soon as these sets arrive we will begin the packing process.

Once our Warehouse Team finishes up Brutes of Bristlebrook orders they will immediately begin packing November Monthly orders.
